Gleener Fabric Shaver
If you need another stocking stuffer idea, the Gleener Fabric Shaver is a great idea for all age groups. And, I have a coupon code for you → 15GIFTSIMPLE
A few years ago, we purchased the sofa we now have in the basement, for pretty cheap. Below, is a photo of when it was brand new. Unfortunately, the material began to pill with in the first three months. As the saying goes, sometimes, “you get what you pay for.” I was so disgusted with the quality that it didn’t last long in our main living space.
When I received the Gleener Fabric Shaver, I didn’t march straight to my closet, even though I have plenty of sweaters that need gleening. My mind went right to the basement!
Let me show you why this is the king of all fabric shavers..
BEFORE Gleening!
AFTER Gleening!
EVIDENCE of Gleening!
Can you even believe that?! And talk about satisfying! The Gleener Fabric Shaver comes with three interchangeable edges.
- Edge 1 is for large, bulky pills best used for wool and wool/synthetic blends.
- Edge 2 is for medium to large pills and best used for 100% synthetics and blends such as acrylic, polyester, rayon, fleece, and natural fibers like cotton, cashmere, and merino wool.
- Edge 3 is fine and used best for delicate pills and fabrics like silk blends, fine cotton, natural and synthetic blends with elastane, viscose and nylon.
After you finish gleening, brush your fabric with the velvet lint brush.
It’s truly remarkable to think that a little tool could bring life back into such a large piece, and all the sweaters and smaller upholstered furniture too! There are just some products that deserve a spot light, and the Gleener Fabric Shaver is definitely one of them!
