As of lately, sunshine here in the Midwest has been minimal. However; the forecast for this Memorial Day weekend looks to be somewhat pleasant, so I took advantage of the sun’s appearance today and created a simple outdoor tablescape to introduce our deck refresh.
First things first, I decided to pull out another silky piece of lingerie from a dark corner in our closet 😉 I’m a little amazed at what I am findng back there!! This one came to mind immediately as I was cutting apart the first piece a few days ago. I knew I had this navy beauty tucked away. And, no…. I will not miss it 🙂
The indigo is right in style, and the perfect comliment to my outdoor tablescape. But first the top had to go.
I used it to drape as a table runner. The main accent color I am using in our outdoor space this season is Navy, so it provides the perfect accessory.
Our table and chairs are from Crate&Barrel. I think we are close to 5 years with it, and they still offer it among their collections.
Our sectional was purchased last year, and is still available at Overstock.
I found this cheerful outdoor rug from AtHome.
Pineapple pillows are from Lowes 😉 So many people have asked already.

We re-finished the deck boards with a product by Behr called DeckOver. This post is not affiliated with Home Depot, I am sharing, because I loved the way our deck turned out, and I want you all to know about this product.
We chose the color Pewter, and I LOVE it. DeckOver is a concrete and wood coating. It is very very thick, so I watered it down quite a bit. I highly recommend this product.
Most outdoor decor shown is linked, and there are some amazing sales going on this holiday weekend, so I thought you may want to take advantage.
I am sharing a Seasonal Tablescape Q&A from the bloggers at Wayfair 🙂 Check it out, and see if you learn something new!
I will be back to share our deck at night for Part 2 😉
See you soon!!

I think that these photos cannot convey the beauty of the decorations you made. It looks really cool. Your tips are always simple but at the same time incredible. Thank you for this post.
