Who’s ready for fall?! Ok, ok, it’s not my favorite season, summer is 🙂 but I have been seeing hints all around! For one thing, my flowers are starting to look bewildered. Every year I tell myself I am going to have better luck with my summer annuals, but alas I think we just have too much sun exposure. And I love the sunshine, so I guess that’s that! There are spider webs forming in my hedge, actually all over the place. Turned leaves are already falling in certain areas, and the biggest eye opener will be the carnival trucks parked around the park for Old Settlers next weekend!
I know there are a lot of you who LOVE fall, and where I am happiest in the warmth of summer, I do appreciate the cooler evenings, pumpkin spice candles, cardigans, and the busy sports schedules with my girls 😀 Another thing I LOVE is changing things up in my decor, how about you?! It’s almost time to break out the Fall tubs and shop for some fun new items. I can’t wait to see what Target manages to lure us all in with this season 😉 We all have our “go to” places to shop, but I want to share some shops I visit online with you all. It’s fun to find unique items, and if you prefer to shop online, then these are the shops for you!
Who doesn’t love a good Pumpkin Spice candle? I have ordered several of Brittany’s candles, and each of them arrive so beautifully packaged and inside mason jars of all sizes. This shop is located in the small town of Chesterton, Indiana. I have worked with Brittany in a giveaway promotion on Instagram and she is an absolute delight. These candles are on sale right now through August 20th, go ahead and pause to go take a peek!
Her blue mason jars are probably the most popular. She hunts for the authentic blue mason jars to fill and you have to be on your game when she lists them in her shop, they go really fast!
I am so excited to feature this shop. Lisa is a little new on the scene, but her pillow covers are that of an experienced maker. If you love farmhouse charm, you will love her hand made grain sack pillow covers! Have something special in mind to be inscribed? No problem, she will custom design to your specifications. I had the pillow made below and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. She will be debuting some fall inscriptions soon, but if you have something in mind, just let her know 🙂
And here’s the fun part!! Lisa is graciously offering 20% off any pillow cover in her shop to all my readers! Just enter simplecozycharm in the coupon code when checking out 🙂
How gorgeous are these shams?!
I found this shop at the spring hobnob market. Oh how I love the style in which she paints her signs. It was a pleasure meeting Katie and her mom. She has a large selection and also offers custom designs as well. I spot some darling signs below that could be incorporated into fall decor and am certain more will be added soon.
I love this sign! This would compliment a cozy spot in your living room, or even a son or daughter’s bedroom as a daily reminder.
I hung my sign in our small entry way. I am constantly moving things around, I think my pillow looks at home here in this grouping, what do you think?
Last but certainly not least, velvet pumpkins! I splurged last fall on a few luxurious velvet pumpkins. They are every bit as beautiful in person. I will be re-visiting this year for another look into their exquisite line of plush pumpkins. Each pumpkin is handcrafted and finished with a natural, organic stem. Velvet isn’t your fancy? They also offer these stunning pumpkins in linen and lambskin leather. They have tons and tons of colors to choose from and a large array of sizes and groupings. They are sure to add an ambiance all their own in your home decor.
Last year, I was so thrilled when they featured my photo on their Instagram feed.
Well friends, after writing and compiling these shops, I am more in the mood to decorate for fall than I was when I started! If these shops are new to you, I hope you enjoy and love them as much as I do. Be sure to hop on over and pick out a pillow cover!! Lisa, Farmhouse on Boone, is offering my discount code for 1 week! Happy shopping!
